I live in ahmedabad, gujarat. I have a wall mount sony lcd tv with model number :- kdl-40ex600. Recently my tv stopped working and hence i called on sony support toll free number and asked for their authorized dealer. They gave me the address of a "customer support center" located at 558 zakariya pole, relief road, ahmedabad-01. They checked the tv and took our tv for repairs and gave us time of 2-3 days for reapirs. When we called after 3 days they told us that it will 2 more days and then when we again called after 2 days they spoke rudely and told us that it will take a week to repair. Again when we called they stopped receiving our calls, hence we complaint at sony support center again and sony passed the call to the support center, once on the phone rather than talking to us they were fighting within themselves and then hung up the phone. And then the next day they returned our tv without repairing and with all the nut bolts and other small parts either not fitted or removed and also they did not wall mount it properly and just hung the tv with the risk of it falling. Hence we called sony support center for another of their authorized dealer for the repairs and that dealer visited our place & opened the tv to check and saw that all the inner fitting nuts and bolts were open and not fitted properly, by that previous dealer on relief road, which he showed it to us. Hence the second dealer has not yet taken the tv for repairs and suggested that i should file a complaint first and once i receive a reply and solution only then he shall take the tv for repairs. Kindly look in to it and take the necessary and strong action on "customer support center - 558 zakariya pole, relief road, ahmedabad-01". I am also hereby attaching the visit charge receipt of the same.
