Iam a long run customer of sony, i have been using your products happily since long until i bought a t. V. On 1-1-2014 football edition the model bravia - kdl-32w670a, i started facing split screen issue on 22-10-14 i. E. Within the warranty span since then even till today the problem remains un-solved

Confirmed by sony customer care.
The above mentioned dates show the pathetic time i faced with sony raising complaints and spending on technician visits. Now i have made my mind again on 15-6-18 as i escalated
The same panel issue to customer care i thought to bring this worst service experience to your kind notice so that you could help me resolve this as the above mentioned complaint remains unsolved at "benchmark infotech", kindly intervene and please do contact me on [protected] or [protected] to help me handle the issue and understand my reasoning
Now the t. V is left unattended at sony service center since 28-11-18
Kindly escalate the mentioned issue and do the needful to resolve this.
