Sony India — Three months old complain not resolved - Job Sheet Number J11025834 | |||
Hi, I am highly disappointed with Sony officials. I have given my sony lens SEL1018/CAE Serial number 2068838 on 19 Jun 2021at your Lajpat Nagar service centre. It's been more than three months. Your service centre unable to repair my lens and asked me to replace with any other lens. I have submitted 15000 Rs additional to agreed replacement (Sony16-55 f2.8). I am still awaiting to obtain the replacement lens. I have to hire the lens for 2k for every shoot from market for my professional work. I have spend around 40 k on that also. It's really disheartening to see how my multiple follow ups and complains are getting ignored even in national capital region. It clearly shows how your system works. I am thinking to quit sony products and planning to move on Canon or Nikon. Was this information helpful? | |||
