Sony India — To reduce service cost | |||||
Dear sir I bought sony 40 inch led tv on july 2016. When i was shifted my house, i have to do wall mounting tv at that time tv was fell down. And display was broken. Then suddenly i contact your service department, they told display broken, you have to pay 100% service charge. I request you kindly reduce my service charge from rs.14000/-. Please give atleast 50% to be reduced. My service provider digital vision, alwarthirunagar, chennai. Job no. J70427486 dt.16.02.2017, I am from sony family for the past 15 years, i am using sony tv, sony mobile and also in my friends house only using sony tv. Sir i request you to please reduce my service charge and release my tv to my home. Due to this big amount i did not pay and get the tv till now. Please sir.
