[Resolved] Sony India — tv complaint regarding color change | |||
We had bought TV set of Sony bravia led model no.kdl-32EX550. After two years problem occurred of color change. Though we are not using TV regularly because we both are working. We reach at home after 7 pm . Using only for 4 to 5 hours in two hours tv is not working properly. When I call your customer service executive they asked me the problem then they asked me the model no. This is fixed problem that sony this product is having these kind of problem, because when I said this model no is having colour problem he then said without seeing the TV set he said your pennel code is corrupted and you have to change it and the cost for changing the pennel code is Rs.14000/-. Your company is such a branded company. Though you are giving this kind of TV set which is giving problem after 2 years completed and your TV set cost is not cheap. We paid Rs.40000/- and after two year again we have to expense Rs.14000/- to correct the parts. This kind of service you are providing then I have to say sorry for your service. Within Two years if Rs.40000 TV set is giving parts problem how people will trust your product. I need this TV set to be repair Free of cost. I need clarification for the same. IF your parts problem are fixed for tv model then what is the use of expensive TV. Kindly send your mechanic to repair.
