    I had purchased Sony Bravia Led TV KDL - 43W950D in 2016 paying 78, 000. Within 5 years, the TV would not start, and I had to replace some parts 2K This week, we are facing a new issue with display, and I am told that the .TCon board has to be replace, which I think will cost me another 9K (including taxes), based on initial estimate given. Feel so cheated to spend more than 25% of the TV cost in less than 5 years. I feel this model itself is faulty. Do not recommend anyone to buy these costly, useless Bravia TV's and go for cheaper models from MI. Seems to me that Sony is cheating customers with low quality, costly products.

      We have purchased 43 inch TV at Vijay Digital 2nd line Arundelpet Guntur on 23-Dec-2021.
      Recently we have been observing a 1-1/2 inch pink band at the bottom of the TV since 2 weeks.
      Immediately we contacted Sony Service Engineer in Sony Service Centre, Arundelpet, Guntur - 522 002, who visited my house and charged Rs.200 for sending message for requisition of the board.
      He said that the service charges would be Rs.3000 - Rs.4000 inclusive of transportation, as the period is within 2 years and again he said that the price will not be charged for the board.
      We request you to advise us regarding the genuity of the statements.

        Since i had bought an sony oled 55inch a80j tv from sathya agencies, i had an issue of image retention in tv since bought for that i made an complaint in sony also.

        Unfortunately we are receiving very little information regarding the replacement or service of the television.

        while you have acknowledged this is a product failure and we have now reason to believe we are offered a new model as number o[censored]nits of this model
        have undergone a similar product failure.
        this is completely in contrast with what the company SONY stands for and even though the television is out of warranty it is clearly a defective model which is the reason for such early failure.

        furthermore even after being coerced into paying for the replacement I am shocked as per your mail earlier you are norw forcing me the customer to avail the EWC cost which was not agreed upon. this will clearly benefit your service center and as per a call by your employee this is not mandatory yet you insist on taking this up for your own centers advantage.

        In light of this event we will now go ahead with legal proceedings against SONY company and your service center and will gather all information on the many defective products sold under this model. You have admitted product failure and your technician has also informed us this is recccuring defect.

        this will taken up in all channels of communication and necessary court of law.

              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the three Sony TVs, model KLV43W773E, that I purchased from your company on 16/6/2018. It is extremely disheartening to note that, after a mere five years o[censored]sage, all three televisions have experienced the same critical issue. The Sony logo continuously blinks, and the TVs refuse to turn on, eventually resulting in a red light blinking six times.

              While I could understand such a problem occurring in a single unit due to normal wear and tear, it is absolutely unacceptable that all three TVs have been affected by this identical malfunction. I took the initiative to contact authorized Sony technicians to have the issue resolved, but to my dismay, within a mere two days of their supposed repair, all three TVs crashed again, exhibiting the exact same problem.

              I cannot help but question the quality and reliability of the products I purchased from your company. It seems inconceivable that three high-priced Sony TVs, for which I paid a total of 1.5 lakhs, would simultaneously experience such a significant defect. This situation leads me to wonder if there was a faulty batch of these TVs that were sold to customers without proper quality control measures in place.

              I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this matter. A suitable solution must be provided to resolve the issue with the three defective TVs, as I cannot accept a mere 3, 000 rupees as scrap value for such an exorbitant investment.

              I trust that you will address this matter with the utmost urgency and provide a satisfactory resolution. I eagerly await your prompt response to ensure that my faith in your company's products and customer service is restored.

                  As we sent our second mail on 1st June 2023, regarding the delivery of the Tv on 27.05.2023 and we paid a service fee of Rs. 2, 571- and the same time we returned the TV to the Service Center and we explained the problems in the TV.
                  On 7th June 2023 again, I sent a mail to know the current Status of my TV.
                  We received your response mail on 10th June 2023
                  As per the response mail consist a statement assuming that the service center persuade us to take the TV on various occasions but I strongly object your statement that we followed your service center to know the updates of the TV, but we didn’t get any response such as phone call or emails. So if you defend your statement is true then kindly attached your following proof. So at last this case as completed one Month of following your service, Finally I am ending my conversation saying that we are not satisfied with your service any more and we will not take our tv back and we want replacement.

                      Referring to my request ID[protected] my TV was taken for repair since 1 week. I am trying to reach to the service engineer Mr. Ramkumar ([protected]) - but he has been avoiding my calls and absconding. He only sends SMS that he will call back - but he would never return my calls. I am struggling since last 2 days to reach to him to know status of my TV delivery which he promised today.

                      Is he really your service engineer, because he is spoiling reputation of Sony with his unprofessional approach. Can someone from Sony India responsibly revert on status of my TV and if I can get the TV delivered atleast tomorrow. This is urgent.

                        I purchased Sony Bravia KD 55X80J on 31 march 2022 and facing no power within 13 months. I raised complain ( interaction I'd[protected] and technician checked the tv, they are telling that power supply circuit board needs to be replaced and aftet that they will check if their is any other problems in motherboard etc. Cost of both circuit boards will be 20K approx.
                        I'm so much disappointed with Sony that they are manufacturing tv with low quality. if products are facing problems in a year what the use of investing in this costly brand.

                          Sony Bravia TV : i purchased 2 Sony TV with high price and both of the tv same issue the Display Issue.. Looks like Sony is not providing the good quality TV instead they are making the TV with less quality display also when i called customer care they always charge near the purchased TV.. they make us wait for more days also i told i want to escalate the issue to the next level they just asked my email said they will send an email right away but it's been 4 days still no email from them also they didn't even bother customers at all it's pathetic service and pathetic quality of sony tv

                            This gaming console had major manufactring/malfunctioning defect. SONY started replacing all defective/malfunctioning consoles with a condition that the original invoive was required ro be presented to the service centre.

                            SONY Electronics had manufactured the PS4 Slim 1TB Gaming consoles which had major manufacturing defect world wide due to which the HDMI Port was not working. This product had international warrantee. SONY started REPLACING these consoles with new consoles on production of Original proof of Purchase. As the warranty was expired and the original was not available I approached SONY Customer Service Centre in Trivandrum who refused to REPLACE the console and advised that the same CAN NOT be replaced or repaired.
                            SONY India advised me to purchase new product.
                            Under these circumstances I have incurred a loss of Rs 36, 000

                                On 19th October 2022 I bought SONY 7M4 from SRI SRI Murthy Digitals, Durgaiah street, Vijayawada, ANdhra Pradesh. Ph. No.[protected], mobile:[protected] for Rs. 1, 98, 000.

                                Basically i am a hobbyist. After so long, a few days age I thought of making lectures using OBS Studio. When I researched about OBS using Sony A7M4, I came to know that it is very easy to connect my camera to the PC using the USB-C cable sold along with the camera.
                                To my surprise I found that the dealer didn't give the cable. He has only given me USB charger but not the cable.
                                Sony company has also not provided any physical material like printed leaflet about what accessories they provide with the camera, nor they printed accessories on the box of the camera.
                                Then I inquired about the genuineness of the dealer. Many people told me that the so called murthy digitals is known for such fraud.
                                I request Sony to take necessary action against the said murthy digitals in Vijayawada.
                                By thinking it would be futile to ask murthy digitals about the cable, I searched many online commerce sites like Amazon for original sony USB-C cable. But I could not find any. I would be grateful if Sony provides me with the same. I wouldn't mind the cost of the cable.

With extreme surprise we have received an SMS from you on 21.04.2023 that the program shall be auto renewed and the payment of Rs.999.00 shall be auto debited from our Debit Card. This type o[censored]nfair trade practice still continue! Can we force you to pay against your consent! So, you are requested to refrain from this type of activities and discontinue our membership forthwith with intimation to us. Thanks.
