Sony India — Tv outage

I purchased atv set from m/s pai internatinol sales udipi Karnataka.the
same is under outage since yesterday and hence I lodged a complaint at
around 1.00 pm in the afternoon.but till date nobody has called on me to
set right the machine.please call upon the dealer to set right the set
immediately.
