Sony India — Tv screen damaged

Sony lcd color tv, model no. Klv 32b-x300, ser. No. 2720880.
Tv purchased at saudi arabia, 2 years back. Since a year tv screen damaged, screen pealed out. Only voice/sound coming. No picture display. What is the problem? why this sony standard brand tv screen damaged? how this happened? is it may duplicate or low quality?.
Where i can repair/replace the damaged screen at chennai?
this type of sony tv screen damaged not only at my home, my relatives & frinds house also same problem.
