Sony India — Unable to find sony xperia L battery for past 2 months

From past 2 months i have been searching for battery of xperia L and i am unable to get it because the phone is not been manufactured any more. My phone is just one year old. Do u expect me to throw 18k phone every year just because u guys decided to stop manufacturing it. I have called service center lots of time each one replies that "we understand your problem" and then gives me 5 to 6 addresses per call. Till now i have spent more money on searching battery than the actual cost of battery. And still your service executives keep saying we understand ur problem. Why doesnt any one understand that i dont want their understanding ...i want a solution. I have also been to service centre and they tell me to buy it online. I have checked all the sites most of them dont sell that battery and other who sell do not provide warranty. Dont you think 2 months is really a long time to search a battery for a phone which is still selling?
