Sony India — unacceptable explanation | |||
Sir, I purchased a sony bravia 32 inch oled smart tv on[protected]. Within 6 months of such expensive purchase the oled panel has some annoying patches. Customer service executive visited and explained that the patches are due to air-conditioner and they can clean the panel. Sir, it is a sony product and within the warranty period and the problem is purely manufacturing defect, so why should we accept a repaired panel within the seven months of the purchase. On continous showing a screen n suddenly white screen coloured coming in all the channels n please check it why this white coloured screen should come.
