Sony India — Unavailability of parts for high end sony tv full hd

We had purchased a SONY 50" FULL HD TV in the year 2016 which was the latest model at a big amount of Rs 80, 000(MODEL NO: KDL-50W800D). We chose Sony brand as we thought it was the most trustworthy brand. But alas we were wrong.Within 1 year the panel of the tv was damaged and since it was within warranty it was repaired without any cost.Now again in Jan 2022 the display is not working and after lodging complaint and paying an advance of Rs 6000 against an estimate of Rs 16774, we are informed by the sony service centre people that the part that is damaged is no longer available !!!Just in a period of 6 years if the parts are not available of such a high cost TV then what is the benefit we are getting from the so called "SONY" BRAND????They are just after us to replace the Tv with a new one, but why should i spend an additional amount on a new TV???
