Sony India — Unavailability of spare parts namely LED Panel after expiry of warranty | |
Sony India[protected] service request pending since 29 Jul 2021. Complaint pending for last 10 days, no one has called till date to atleast ask us what has happened. How rediculous ! And then they r offering me a replacement with a meagre 25% discount, just to tie me up with a new faulty tv which vl again land me in same situation after expiry of warranty, compelling me to post against Sony on social media Was this information helpful? | |

Same issue with my 49 inches TV LCD panel, was getting horizontal line few days and now complete blank.
Just to inform you here, I got a link where sony repair panal for same cause .

I would request SONY must offer customer 75%, because the issue with panel not due to us(customer) and panal should be the most strongest part since it's costlier part.
SINCE we trusted sony and even we have issue with our existing one still I am thinking to buy Sony television only.
Hope sony india will analyze and will give us beat solution which is good for customer and company. Iroe
