Sony India — unethical saving of credit card details and using without consent | |||
Sony liv premier membership was subscribed for one year through credit card. The comapany unethically saved the credit card details and used them to renew the subscription on 7th june 2020. When the sms was on 7th jun 20 at 21:43 hrs, i was shocked and immediately mailed to customer support for cancellation and refund. The company was promt to cancel my membership and i received the sms at 11:15 pm on 7th jun itself but company advised me to enjoy watching premium content till 7th jun 2021. The company is silent on the issue o[censored]nethical saving of credit card details and its unauthorised use. I again mailed my concern on 8th jun. The company is not responding.
