Hi, I have purchased MDR-MA100/BCIN Headphone on[protected]. The headphone stopped working few days before, so i went to the sony authorized service centre in erode today[protected]. They checked the product thoroughly as i have been waiting there for an hour. Finally they take the product and issued me the job sheet (Job Sheet No: J[protected]. Within 10 minutes, they called me and told that there was a physical damage. I'm pretty sure that there was not any physical damage in the product. I have been waiting there for more than a hour and they checked it completely and then only accepted the product. I refused to get back the product as i'm sure there are no damages in the product. Then after an hour, they called me and told, the replacement has been rejected and asked me to collect the product. I was very much disappointed with the service. How come the replacement is rejected in an hour? Is this the true service offered by sony to their customers. What is the use of warranty here?
