Sony India — unresponsive services

I had a issue with my sony bravia klv-32r422b. We called up sony services at ooty on 8th of september and gave them our tv. On response they said that the panel board has been damaged and has to replaced and few days later they called us back saying that the respective products is not available and ll give us a replacement of the same model. It's been almost a month now and your service is too worse that i'm regretting why i went for your product. If this continues herein without any response towards my product details i have no other options posting about the bad services of sony service center ooty (Digitek computer services). Job no.
