Sony India — Vaio complaint

On dated 27.01.14 I have purchased a Laptop Black VAIO SVF15212 (06 Black VAIO) Sr.No 0038431 from ACKS INC SCO 43-44 Sec 8-C Madhya Marg Chandigarh. From purchasing date to till date i have visited 2 times in service center for window problem.But both times i am not satisfied from their services & window problem is same as it is.When i purchased my Laptop the sales executive assure me that this laptop is fully support to window 8 & they charge from me the amount of window 8 i.e. 37500/- . But now the service executive inform me the above laptop is not support window 8 and advice me to install window 7 from market. But i am not intrested in window 7.
