Sony India — very late procedure for repair of sony xperia phone

I submitted my phone sony xperia xa dual on 27 june 2017 and today it is 27 july but the are not returning back my phone they are just saying it is due to gst but the phone needs a software update and a charging port to be changed by job no is-w[protected] i have submitted my phone a month back. I have submitted my phone to pradha towers, 5, main road jahrkhand 834001
