Its been a wonderful association with sony for a long time now.
Recently i gave my xperia neo L phone to jamshedpur service center on 30th Dec 2013 as there was a charging issue. they even said if further the issue isn't solved they will replace it with latest Xperia L.
After 6 days they called me up but when i reached the problem remained same they haven't done anything. now its 14 days and i called them they have the same answer the part have not came yet. How is it possible that a service center had no parts with them. I am a professional photographer and i am dead without my phone.
Please look forward to my issue and solve it as soon as possible. its a request from a blind fan of sony products.
Hope to get a reply from sony soon enough and solve my problem.
