Sony India — very poor service facilities

My phone has some display problem about 7 month...they did not repair my phone..my phone is xperia sp...once i call the service manager kerala he tell me i will take necessary action but they did not take any action...now he did not take my phone call...he is mr.sujith service manager kerala his phone number is +[protected] My phone is complainted about 7 month...they did not remove that complaint they where change the all parts in my mobile expect battery...i want to the money back or other ways repair my phone and extend my warranty date...my last job sheet pic is given below My job sheet number is w[protected] Pls tell to the service manager mr.sujith that, call me to my phone number [protected]
