THis is to infrom you that we had purchased an Android TV from your Estimated Dealer M/s S R A Retails Pvt Ltd, Shop No 03, Golden Jubilee Complex Old Delhi Road, Near Saraswati Hospital Gurgaon-122001 ( Haryana) on dated 15 Aug 2017 wide Invoice No.17140999 dated 15/08/2017.
The Deatils of T V given as under.

2. Product 8D NO : 18915101
3. Serial No : 3000111
In this regards we are very sorry to infrom you that we can not think that company like SONY will produce product like that which can not work even one year . I purchase this product only seaing the BRAND NAME LIKE SONY. But now I think we did a mistake to purchase a SONY Company product and they cheated to us for giving a damaged products.
I am facing problem for not comming pictuers and only sound is comming. We made a complaint to your Dealer on dated 29.07.2018 wide your SR Id No 48950086 and again another SR ID No 49013767 dated 01.08.2018 at 11:34.:00 AM
In this regards we infrom you that your service engineers visited and infrom that your T V Motherboard was got damaged and need to be replace and atfer he came yesterday 04.08.2018 with new Motherboard. After instaling the new Motherborad T V still not started and then he infrom us that your eirlier motherboard is Ok and some another plug inside which connetinng to motherbaid is loose and now we fixes the same.After that TV was stared and it worked that time .
But Today Morning again we face same problem that Only voice is coming & no pictures are showing. So I think Sony Company does not have good service engineers who can detect the actual problems.
Yesterday from local Sony Service center they collect T V from my home and today they inform us that it will take more 2 days for repair.
We also complaint to Local Dealer M/s SRA Retails Pvt Ltd, But we are very sorry to inform you that response from both Dealer as well as SONY Company are very much poor. Was this information helpful? |
