Sony India — Want to refund my monet at any cost. | |||
Dear Sir / Ma'am This is to inform you that i have purchased new sony xperia Z ultra on 7th jan 2015, but from that day i am not satisfy with the phone because it is very frustrated for me that it always given problem like camera not available, touch not working, hanging problem etc etc. I had given my smartphone three times to sony service center for repair but they always update the software and the problem always the same. My problem not solved us usual than finally they given the new phone in 4th time but now new phone also occur same problem like the first phone. Kindly refund my money back, i really don't want any new phone. Kindly find the job sheets Ticket ID date wise. 1. ON 28TH JAN 2015 TICKET ID :-[protected] 2.
