I had purchased a sony headphone last year on July and now I have got an issue with the headphone ie, the headphones one side has came off partially the headset costs around 10, 000/- and when I reached service center for a warranty they refused to do so and so I just asked for a repair like fixing it with maybe gum or something. If it costs also I was ready to pay but the service center refused to do so. After a long talk with the manager he said he will raise a complaint, and he was saying that we can't do any repairs, what we can do is replacing but as it is a physical damage we can't do a replace actually the issue was with the headphone. And today thay called me and said they can provide a 25 % discount for purchasing new ### sony headphone.
The product is good but the service center and the service support is too bad
Even within warranty they are not ready to do anything.
