Sony India — Waste product ever-Everytime they told me different reason

I have purchased a XPERIA C-2305 mobile in last year march-2014. Since then I had ran 5 times till now. Do you really think your products are geniune? In this whole year almost everyday i went to issues like sudden switch off, hanging, battery issue, touch issue etc. Some day SONY company has its name and fame.That is why people trusts you. On day to day life you are now came to break that trust of customers.Today I again went to Gurgaon service centre([censored]ij Telecom). They charged Rs.2000 for a new battery.
