I sent my Xperia xz Premium for repair under warranty to service centre on 12.10.2019, bearing order no. W[protected]. Now it's well over one month but nobody is telling me how much time it may take. I wrote mails to their support email and their ceo but got no reply from them in 4 days. Their Facebook page is also silent. Please guide me what to do.
Another serious complaint, Sony customer care executive Mr. Raghav today went on obstructing me from speaking continuously and even refused to forward my call to his higher authority despite my repeated insistence.
