I purchased this model WISp 500 and I used this product found following issue while Normal calling. I submitted my product for repair to service centre and they refused to give any status until two weeks.later I contacted support number and they said you will recieve infact before call to customer care I put email. Finally they said it had submitted to head office of Sony for repair. They refused to give me repalcement also despite of being aware that this product is having defect.
Defect is below : while calling it is bluetooth based and it catches only noise while moving on foot and my voice is completely suppressed by the ambient noise. However if I buy normal earphone it does not behave like this. I spent 5000rs on this which is ten times cost of normal earphone.
Suddenly after frequent follow up they returned my product by saying it has been repaired and I asked what action taken By Sony Team to repair it and finally they said the device is working fine. Pleas note they changed their statement.
Thereafter I recollected the unit from service centre and I found no change in noise reduction. By evening executive from Sony called for feedback and I replied it is not working fine and same issue. Even he also recognised the existence of defect. Because I was talking to him via using the same product. He found ambient noise is much audible with respect to my voice.
He assured that he will internally check this issue and come back to me. But no email or call thereafter the customer support again contacted for feedback I said and explained the Lady and she promised to give me solution as quick.
Today again I received an email from Mr. Debashis that this product is not having any defect hence we cannot offer replacement or any repair.
What is this whole team is aware the issue and he writing like this and want to make me fool.he close the case.
I would request please someone help me to get the replacement of product or statement that this having manufacting defect. So that I can make necessary claim from the seller.
I also request please some one share Sony appellate email address or quality control email address so that problem can be resolved.
