[Resolved] Sony India — Worst service and worst product from SONY | |||
I have a Sony Xperia ZL which I bought last december and I had to change my number and now the sim card is not detecting. I took it service center in malleswaram 1st cross bangalore and they are saying it is not repairable. Or i should pay 13, 500 for a refurbished handset which absolutely makes no sense. I have paid 30k when i bought the phone and makes no sense in paying extra. I need it in working condition what so ever. The service center guys do not know what the problem is and they keep dodging around saying "It may be mother board issue", "It may be that the OS is upgraded hence it is not working", "It may be due to xyz reason". Get some sensible person and technically knowledgeable person so that we can believe sony henceforth. It is coz of quality and reliability we used to buy sony products. Now it is a big "NO NO" for SONY products. Shame on Sony. Was this information helpful? | |||
