I have raised my complaint on 28th september and now its 29 oct14 and complaint is still not resolved:
1) first of all i am not satisfied with the services of Jolly Electronics, Karampura, staff doest not know how to to deal with customers, harsh language used, does not know the status, overall very bad service.Raised my complaint on 28th september, after 12 days i.e. on 12 oct14, they told us since part is not available, sony will give us new tv, please prepare draft of rs.14132/-, i have prepared the draft on 13oct14 but they collect the draft on 15oct, wasted 2 days and i have call them today to know the status, they use harsh language that it will take another 15 days.
2) Overall i m not satisfied with the services of brand like sony that resolve the complaint in 1 month, surprised.No one knows in jolly electronics and sony by when i will get my new tv and still waiting for new tv.
I am now convinced that will never purchase any sony product in future after this type service.
