Dear Team,
I purchased Sony Z-Ultra(IMEI No-[protected]), which got damage(Touch) around a month ago. I submitted my handset for replacement to Sony Service Center(Janakpuri District Center, Delhi) on 8th June. They committed me that I would get new Handset @10, 450rs in 7-working days. I continuously followed them for revert. They(Harmeet) told me that I would get the New Handset in one day or may be two days due to stock unavailability. They made me fool for 2-weeks on this. On 25th June, I checked the status of my request over your website. As per the status, device got delivered on 25th June to me. However, I have not got any device. Then immediately, I checked with service center. They(Mr. harmeet) told me that we have raised the new request as old request got expired and you will get the new device by 27th June by any chance. Today, I got a call from Mr Harmeet that device can't be delivered as my handset is more than 6-month old, however I made the same thing clear at very first day about it. They told me that I will be getting the refurbished device in 7.5k and new device in 11.5k. This is really a worst service by Sony. I have never though in my wildest imagination that I would be cheated like this by sony. I waited a long for new handset and story is totally different.
I need culprit needs to be penalized and I should get the justice. I need new handset in the cost of 10.5k, which was committed to me.
