Sony India — Xepria m4, dead within 10 days of purchasing

Hi Sony team,

Let me just start here by expressing my dissatisfaction after purchasing your SONY M4 because it has resulted in much disappointment for me in short span of time (40 days to be precise) for reasons elaborated below.
1. First complaint - On the 10th day of the continuous usage of the same handset, the mobile phone suddenly switched off on its own and the battery discharged completely, even though it had more than enough charge. Regarding this my understanding was that it may be due to some error, so I charged the device completely after which it started working the next day.
2. Second complaint – on 20th day of the usage after the handset was purchased, the device suddenly became dead again and discharged completely. Then I, immediately submitted the device in the service center.
The service center were unable to provide standby handset. Therefore I suffered a huge amount of loss until I was able to arrange another set for myself. Ignoring my personal request to not erase my important documents from the mobile, important data has been erased and the handset has been formatted by the folks at the service center. It has impacted largely in my current job tasks and I have lost a huge amount of credibility/responsibility due to this.
3. Third complaint – On the 36th day of the purchase of the handset, even after proper servicing and repeated assurances of the people at the service center the handset is unable to operate properly. The same problem has happened and the mobile phone has become dead on several occasions during office hours and in between my important business meeting schedules. Before reaching service center I thought to inform them on the number provided on the internet so that I would get some standby handset after reaching there. I tried Mr Rahul's number for half an hour but he did not respond on it, this means there is no value for the customer in sony, also there is only 1 mobile number provided on the internet for the service center, is it means that sony is not at all caring about their customers.
4. After reaching dadar west service center – as I mentioned I was in a hurry to attend my meeting, I requested the people who were sitting there to take down my complaints, but they took 45 minutes to entertain me. Also I have shown that my mobile was dead from last 1 hour and it was very still in a very heated state. They did not take down my complaint and mention it on the complaint list.
5. Then they provided the standby handset to me. The card for the same was not a nano sim card, which they asked me to purchase from elsewhere. Is that not their responsibility to provide the holder(for the sim) as a standby. It took me another half an hour to arrange another holder and thus restart my mobile phone. I might have missed important business calls in that period. This could have been avoided only if they had provided the same.
6. The expenditure of my of new holder and travel charges has incurred to be around Rs.2000/-. This are the additional charges that have resulted only after purchasing a wrong brand like yourself. I want my full compensation of expenditure incurred here .
7.The standby phone which I have got is unable to open mobile date & the mobile wifi is getting on automatically in place of mobile date opening.3 days pass I am unable to open internet, due to which I lost a lot.
8.3 days past from the day of submitting handset there is not any response from service center.
In conclusion, I require a new handset of my choice because the M4 is now totally out of the question and I cant use it further.
