I purchsed a Xperia M2 from kharar, Punjab. But I have a problem with it that when I am use this phone it will heat up. I have contacted the dealer so many times but no response. Now with this it also have the problem with speaker and generally hangs. (IMEI-1:[protected] IMEI-2:[protected] Pl. resolve my problem as early as possible. Was this information helpful? Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 26, 2016 Satan satan's response I had given my mobile for repair to an authorized service centre of Sony india i:e Onus services, Patna, Bihar ticket I.d [protected] on 12/7/2016 .For the repair work an amount of Rs. 6000/- was also paid in advance. The mobile is still not repaired and the company onus is not reverting on the status
