Again I want to bring you to notice that i have submitted my mobile 4 times in aaradhya service centre, the motherboard of my mobile phone XPERIA SP has been replaced twice, camera slot replaced once, proximity software, audio jack, battery charging point, charger, all this items replaced once in last 6 months but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time.4th time when i submitted mobile because same problem arose and that is brown colour overlay on display and call receiving problem, that time they put it in to testing mode on 20 April 2015 so I gave back cover of my mobile with my mobile phone so that phone will be scratched free but till 7 may 2015 they did not find any issue what i was getting. When i went to collect my mobile phone, i saw body of my mobile phone is completely scratched and back cover is also braked, i asked for replace scratched body of phone, and i asked for extended warranty of minimum 6 months because motherboard of my mobile has been replaced 2 times, and my mobile phone is in service centre from 30 March 2015 to Present, but they put me on hold for one day because other technician was not there, Now i am completely frustrated and disappoint with Sony. i feel like why i bought this product and i am like i don't want this product. In Last 6 months all the parts of my mobile phone has replaced once and motherboard of mobile phone has replaced twice. I would like you to give me either cash back or a complete replacement of this product with extended warranty.or I am ready to accept this mobile also IF i get Minimum extended warranty of 6 months and body of my mobile which is scratched get replace with new. otherwise i can not accept it.
please look in to this matter at the earliest.
i have all the proof (screen shot, videos) of issue what i suffered.
