I've submitted my cellphone in Krish Electronics (Sony service center) on 25th June, as per your policy I've not got my cellphone within a 10 days.
I've submitted the cellphone thrice already for touchscreen issue and now submitted again for 4th time on 25 June for same touchscreen issue of XA1.
Krish Electronics rised up their hands from services towards me and asking me to contact directly to Sony toll free number for touchscreen issue of XA1.
I've not got any proper solution even after a 10 days when cellphone is in warranty. I don't want XA1 cellphone again because your technical team failed to resolve this touchscreen issue in XA1 thrice. This is forth time I've submitted the cellphone in service center for touchscreen issue.
I want upgradable model or refund/ cashback because you failed to resolve this touchscreen issue thrice a time.
You check my last three call records. I spoke with your supervisor Mrs.Anita and she's also agree that's a common and factory made issue in XA1. So why should I pay for upgradable model ?
Also whenever I'm calling to your toll free number your junior support staff denying my request to transfer the call to senior executives. So I'm not also able to speak with senior executives also. You check my call records how many times they rejected my call to transfer to senior executives. This happened with me three times.
I've made official complaint against your poor services towards customers to NCH. National consumer helpline track ID complaint ID is 771281.
Within a 48 hours I want a proper solution otherwise I'm going to take this issue ahead seriously.
