Sony India — Xperia z ultra issue

Hello I'm using sony xperia z ultra and having some minor issues. I went to service centre and they said as it is under warranty you will get a new replacement phone with in a week. Its almost a month completed and no reply from their end. When i called them the representative said, same handset is not available and you can go for other refurbised phone from us. Now this is some really pathetic as my phone was in brand new condition. Such a aweful service they have. Please help with this issue.
