[Resolved]  Sony India — xperia z water complaint

I am using your handset Sony Xperia M since last 7 months . But in this period I am facing two time motherboard & charging related problem . I contacted on your service center but I did not get any type of the satisfaction but your executive & services . So please do the needful for the trailing mail and please replace this handset & provide new one for the same . Because now I am too irritate with your services.

Seven months later would be purchased C-6602-XPERIA-Z-PURPLE(S/N:yt9107z2c4, IMEI:[protected] and its a water resistance phone my phone accidental drop in water and the one indicator changed in red colour.its a water proof phone I am going to service center in kannur and he told me your phone is not repaired there is only one solution is replaced what can we do . your company advertisement in "Rain pouring down? The xperia Z is crafted to be water-resistant*.
