I have purchased above mentioned handset from reliance retails shops outlet situated at shop no.7, laxmi anand villa, phadke road, dombivli east-421201. (c # 81650000 dt.14/12/2014) for rs.32990/-.
My phone was defective was never got repaired properly till date & need replacement now. details of issues are frequent shutting off, heating, mic problem, wifi/bluetooth problem, motherboard problem etc as per job sheet given at your service centre below;
For your ready reference i am giving you following details: (date of purchase – 14/12/2014)

5 [protected] 26/07/2016 — other phone get auto switched off, heating issue
During warranty time it was submitted for faultiness & each time delivered with same defects remaining unsolved.
