I am from kolkata and I had bought my xperia zl on 11sept 2013. Now my handset is not switching on. On holding power button the SONY logo comes and then it switches off. Battery was fully charged. I went to the nearest Sony authorized service center and they told me that the company doesnt provide support and spare parts for this model (that something was wrong with the circuit board). So they cant repair it. They offered another brand new sony handset with 20% discount. I even went to another Sony authorised service centre who told me the same story.
Is this your company policy to boost sales? I bought the phone for Rs 35000/- from a Sony dealer and now instead of providing support your company is offering another way to make you richer instead. Why should i buy a new phone? Why cant you say it in your adverts that all your phones are 'USE and Throw' types? That once your phone gets glitched you will have to "throw" it away at your service centres and buy a new one from them. I am appalled and disgusted by the way you treat your customers who trusted you with their hard earned money and i hoped for a better protocol followed by a company of your repute.
