My Phone stopped working on 17th November & we submitted it doe repair under warranty at the Service Centre in Pune, Maharashtra. They kept the phone for three weeks and returned it saying that that the phone had sustained water damage and cannot be replaced or repaired. After reaching home, I kept the phone in sunlight for one hour and was able to start it when I connected it to a charger. However, the on-off swtich is now not functioning, because the service center personnel pressed it too hard too may times leading to its failure.
