[Resolved] Sony Mobile — Delay in Repair | |||
I bought Sony Xperia SP on 1st Oct, 2013. There was accident cover on it and I gave my mobile for the display and body damage repair caused due to an accident. I submitted it to the Service Centre on 23rd Nov, 2013, and they promised the repair within 10 days. After various follow-ups, I got the repair confirmation and went to collect my mobile on 10th Dec, 2013. The display was repaired but the body was not. When i asked about it, I was told that they FORGOT to repair the damaged body. A new job was created on 10th Dec for the same. After numerous inquiries, even today, on 23rd Dec, 2013, I do not get the actual status of the repair. Every time I call, I am told that it is still under repair. Its been 1 month now, and I have NO clue when I would get my mobile back!!!
