Sony Mobile — Mobile phone

I bought a sony experia mobile phone last year in october.
Since i buy the phone. Touch pad of that phone was not working properly.
I visit service centre many times.
Earlier they format the phone or update software and return.
And phone was still not working proper.
I submited phone in service centre in may. For repairs.
But on the name of service condition of phone goes worst like. They demage body. Speaker. Entina etc.
And force us to accept that device.
But now i want new peice. Not that damage phone.
I have call many times service centre and send e mails but no responce.
I have send 15 days court notice but still no responce.
Please guid me what should i do.
