Sony Mobiles — sony xperia zl malfunctioning and entitled for complete phone replacement

Dear Sir, I have given my Sony Xperia ZL phone on 27 Jan 2014 for service they told me that I am entitled for a new phone as the phone I got is defective, But today is 7 Feb 2014 and still they say they don't have stock to give me a new phone and I am made to suffer for the company's cause .They can very well procure the phone from any of the Sony showrooms if they wanted but they are making the customer to suffer.I have attached my service job sheet in this complaint kindly help me.
