[Resolved]  Sony — Phone not getting Replaced in warranty.

My Xperia Phone IMEI:[protected] came in contact with water. All the flaps were closed tightly but still water entered my mobile. My mobile is in warranty. When I contacted to service provided they were not ready to accept my phone. When asked they said due to cut in silicon in flaps water might have entered in mobile. Now its not My fault for cut in silicon or whatever.I am ready to give demo right now, even if the flaps are closed the water will enter in my mobile. But company is not ready to accept this and my phone is water resistant. Also they tell that all litmus paper are red But when phone came in contact with water, water entered only through one flap and only one litmus paper got red but after two days all litmus paper got red due to internal moisture.But company says all litmus paper are red so we will not accept the phone. I want my phone replaced as its Company's fault.
