Sony — Replacement of xperia phone | |||
Team Sony The service provided by Sony is highly dissatisfying. I own a Sony XPERIA Tipo Dual ST21i2 and it is showing repeated problem of restarting. I had bought the phone in June 2013 and in July the phone was giving problem of restarting to an extent that the frequency was 6-8 times in an hour. I submitted the phone at Koramangala, Bangalore service centre 4 times. I have written to you for the same reason before. I got a new motherboard replaced in early September after a month of visiting the service center repeatedly. Today, on November 13, 2013 after experiencing the same problem of phone restart I have submitted my phone at the same service center. It has been observed that the problem is recurring after 2 months. I demand refund of my money that I have spent to buy SONY XPERIA thinking of quality and good performance. But that all has gone for a toss. My experience with XPERIA has been sour to the greatest extent. I bought the phone for Rs. 9490. It all has been wasted buying an XPERIA phone. The service at the service center is all the more rediculous. The people leave the service desk and customer keep waiting. I feel Sony as a brand is diluting its value by ignoring such pity issues. I am writing the ticket ID and the Job ID for your reference. I hope you could do something or else I will have to file a case of customer harassment against SONY which I think will be all the more painful for you.
