Sony — Request for sony xperia xa replacement not processed

I was told that i would get sony xperia xa replacement within 8 working days business but i still did not get the replacement done.. This is the 11th day now and there is no reply from the sony center nor its service center.. Please complete the replacement process asap... I have never had any complaints from sony.. This is my first ever complaint for getting a faulty phone which could not restart even after pressing the restart button.. I want my preplacement as soon as possible. Thanks.
