Sony — Rude behaviour of branch incharge

I have a sony MHC V6D which broke done due to some reason.I went to sony service centre to get it repaired but the incharge named manoj is very rude.He took our money and told us to get it repaired from somewhere else.
This type of service was not expected from a renowned brand like sony.
Please take some action for this issue
