[Resolved]  Sony — service under Warranty Issue

I had given my laptop to the Sony Authorised Service Center with the complain of LED Screen and USB port not working covered under warranty and the same was accepted by the technicians but later on they have called back and said that only the led screen work has been done and USB port work is chargeable since USB port is damaged. Where as when I gave them my Laptop for repair work 1 of my 3 USB ports was working perfectly and no damage issue was bring into my notice by them at that time which you can also see in my SERVICE JOB SHEET as attached. So I believe that the damage was done during the repair work itself. I am giving all the required details as below.
