Sony — television support issue | |||||
Date: july, 21 2017 Service request id: 40736091 I have raised the complain over my sony trinitron tv.. Support person complain about eletricity point and took rs 200 for consulting. I hired the electrician and found no issue with electric point. Again i called back the service person and customer care both are saying we wont support product as its old tv. And they are suggesting we have to hire local person. My question is 1) what is the point of buying branded product if there is no support. 2) how come a customer can be fooled saying we wont support our product.
