Sony TV — Received faulty manufactured Sony KLV-40R352F TV

I ordered Sony KLV-40R352F TV from Amazon for my parents on 6th August 2020 and received faulty manufactured TV with big black spots on the screen (clearly visible). Parents raised a complaint within 15 days of receiving the product in Sony customer care and they fooled my parents with a lame excuse that Amazon fire stick is faulty and not the TV. With time big black spots covered most of the screen and I am sure that the TV will be dead in next few months. One year warranty is about to expire and Sony customer care service is calling to extend the warranty on 5K price lol.

Sony customer care didn't resolved the issue and my parents got cheated by Sony and it's customer service.

Requesting Help to recover 30, 000 rs or TV.
