I bought a 55 inch 4k LED TV from Amazon. And I raised a request for installation on 29 July 2021. Two technicians called and cancelled saying that my address is not under their area.
Tried calling the service center PRANANK ELECTRONICS in KPHB, HYDERABAD, no answer to my calls.
I've been waiting from a week to get my TV installed....

My request id 66763159. I bought sony tv few years back now the main board has fault and company is not giving service and pushing me to buy new product. What kind of service is this. Im requesting that i cannot afford new tv still they are forcing me to buy new tv and not giving service for faulty part....

A straight line appears in the middle of led last time same problem occured in the same led.
I'm completely disappointed with this product this is happening second time within a year of purchase the product details attached

I had an issue with my camera and its repair took more than 3 months now, I still have no update on it. The staff is not very helpful but the amount for the service has been asked to be paid to initiate the service. I went to Sony Authorized Service Center, Jayanagar.

Purchased 4/3/2017

1) Complaint - no picture display - Repaired on 06/08/2019 vide job No. J91470103. Replaced logic board and mother board amount paid to M/s Raja Electronics, Camp, Pune. Rs. 16, 708/-.

2) Again no picture display- given an estimate of Rs. 28000/- (approx.)
Not happy with the product. Why Sony quality has deteriorated ?

Want a product replacement/ free panel replacement...

I bought a Sony KD43X700E 43 inch model from 2 and half years back from UAE. Two months before the TV started to appearing vertical lines on the screen. I conducted the customer care for fixing the same.

These people were ask me about 17500/- for changing the panel . even the model as too much expensive ( bought if for around 50 K Indian money). But I was ready to pay the money to fix it and I ask them for assurance for 1 year...

I bought Sony Bravia LED TV 55 inch model 2 years ago. Suddenly it started to display vertical lines. Contacted sony service and they say panel need to be changed which will cost 26400 INR/-. This is already expensive model and again I am being asked to spend big amount for repair. I trusted Sony brand but now regret buying this model. Not sure if repairing panel is worth it....

The scrren has turned black. sound is ok, ....

I have bought one headset on last September which is having 1 year warranty, would like to know further process to replace...

I Have 3 Sony Tv but one sony TV again and agin disturbs one time we are some month before repair but today onwards agin 3 Black line showing on TV screen . Then How to trust it Brand, now i am very disappointed from Sony Agin will never purchase Sony brand anything and any person to Suggest to don’t buy the Sony product. but 2 Sony TV very well running condition but one 40 inch TV is very bad service from SONY....

My request id with sony[protected] dt 28.06.2021. I was offered replacement of my tv through your s. Centre star electronics new delhi 110028. I deposited in your a/c under utr no sbin[protected] on 12th july rs. 56242/- as replacement cost in sony india pvltd. I was assured replacement by 10 days. I am not provided any by sony/star electronic till to date .

As soon as i enter the activation code on my phone, the activation code on my tv changes. Hence i can not activate subscription on my tv...

I have been approched for sony service centre
For replacing my speaker for my led.
The service department person came and he has replaced my speaker for my led tv.
But after speaker was getting rough voice for my led and it wae worst voice for my led.
And i am being follow up with the guy but he is not responding his name amit soni and his boss name wae arun. This both guys are not recd my phone no reply of message.br...

I am getting error code ce:[protected] error in every game in my ps 5 i had complain in sony customer care no help provided by the sony just telling the same thing wait wait and wait did i purchased the console for waiting pathetic service by sony its been 7 days i have complained in sony customer service no help provided by them every day same answer they give is to wait...

We have so many different sports going on of our country, and despite having 4 sports chanel none of them are showing our own games, and showing other countries' games, that's ridiculous as we are looking forward to watch our country's players and you are not letting us....
