Sony VAIO — laptop issue

Dear All, i bought a laptop from sony vio on 13/09/2013 till the time i bought i never used this laptop without getting problem my touch pad was not working also mouse status was not clear if i click some were it didnt click on that i already visit two times in service centre they do not do the solution they only format my laptop and return back to me i am really sick and my temper level goes high whenever i used this some of time i thought i thrown it.i feel very sad about all that . Also subjected to harassment of customer vis a vis degrading the image of SONY if I would go in public space .. I want to reiterate the fact that I am disheartened and sad to experience this vary attitude of popular SONY brand I am confident and hopeful that SONY shall address my problem in order to maintain the customer relationship and resolved the same as soon as possible kindly do the needful as per the urgent basis.. all the details i mention below.
