Sony — Xperia P screen crashing

I have to write this in so much disgrace and hoping you to take this very seriously. I bought Sony Xperia P with much trust on Sony brand name on Dec 2011. I am really disappointed to inform that the Touch Display has crashed 2 times till date. The first time, it was under the warranty cover and I cold get it replaced. But, within a short span of 6 months, I am running into the same issue. FYI, the issue is not because of any accidental damage. I started observing dark spots on the Display and it went on so as to blank out the screen. I am really disappointed with the quality of the Sony products as one can not expect the Sony parts to malfunction frequently. I approached Sony center and got the estimate for replacing the screen of 10500 Rs/-. I really don't think to get it replaced as that doesn't assure if the new parts would function properly. I am left with the only option to DUMP THE PHONE. I would never ever like to invest anymore time/money/effort with Sony corp. Please let me know how I can get solution to this issue and if not then please inform me the escalation point.
